Yirgacheffe

Located in the central-southern part of the country in Yirgacheffe, comes a community- led washing station, where over 800   smallholder coffee growers deliver their cherries to be hand-sorted, washed and dried under the African sun for 10-15 days on Y  a unique raised bed made for coffee. This coffee is a celebration of their efforts and the land’s beauty. This coffee consists of a full body and lemony, jasmine and bergamot notes, with a long-lasting aftertaste.
